1 T Butter
5 cups Spinach, thinly sliced
3 T Flour
3 T Milk

The Sauce
4 T Los Altos Queso Cotija Molida
2 cans Tomato Sauce
¾ cup Water
1 t Soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
