CANELONES RELLENOS DE REQUESON
Stuffed Canneloni with Requeson Cheese


Ingredients:

240 gms of canneloni

STUFFING

1 grated onion
2 chopped garlic cloves
Meat powder
Pepper
1 tablespoon of butter
5 cups of fresh spinach thinly sliced
13 oz. of Queso Requeson Los Altos
3 tablespoons of flour diluted in 3 tablespoons of milk
3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese

SAUCE

4 tablespoons of crumbled parmesan cheese
2 cans of tomato sauce
3/4 cup of water
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
Salt and pepper

How to cook:

Boil de Canneloni. To make the sauce, fry the onion, the garlic, the meat powder and
the pepper all together in a medium size pan. Add the spinach and let it cook thoroughly. Add the requeson cheese, the flour diluted in water and let it cook until it thickens. Stuff
the canneloni with the mix and transfer to a medium size glass pan. Cook the sauce ingredients for 15 minutes and then pour on top of the canneloni. Place in the preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes and immediately serve.

Serves 6.

TARTA DE REQUESON
Requeson Cheese Pie

Ingredients:

30 Marias cookies
100 grs of butter
350 grs of Queso Requeson Los Altos
1 small can of condensed milk
3 eggs

How to cook:

Smash all the cookies to crumbles and mix the with the butter. Take the mix and spread it all over the bottom of a glass pan. At the same time spread more butter. Blend the requeson cheese, the condensed milk and the eggs. Once everything is thoroughly mixed, pour into the glass pan and place in the oven.
