Our Queso Requesón is a Hispanic version of Ricotta that is used in salads,
tacos, cooked foods, and desserts. Requesón has a very mild and semisweet
flavor. It is white in color and has a soft, moist, and grainy texture. If you are on
a healthy diet, this is the cheese to use since it is lower in fat and salt, but
retains a delicious flavor that will bring you back for more.
