Our Oaxaca is very much like the Asadero in taste, except it is distinguished
by its appearance as a rolled up ball. Traditionally, the ball shape allows
consumers or chefs to tear off a single piece very much like string cheese.
The long strands make wonderful decoration on top of just about anything.

It melts wonderfully and stretches out very well.
