Our brand of Crema Mexicana is a completely natural cultured cream. We were
the first to introduce Crema Mexicana into the U.S., and although we have attracted imitators, our crema remains a quality cream dressing without comparison. We use
only grade “A” pasteurized cream with no added preservatives, gums or stabilizers.
